Feeding Guidelines
Every dog is unique, so consider these three factors when feeding:
1. Current weight and muscle mass
2. Age
3. Activity level
We recommend feeding 2-3% of your dog’s ideal adult body weight. Less active dogs can have 2%, moderately active ones may need 2.5%, and very active dogs up to 3%.

Delivery Information
Your order will arrive between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in our refrigerated van, ensuring your product stays frozen! While we can’t provide an exact time beforehand, you’ll receive text updates with delivery status on the day.
Please ensure your cell number and address are correct. We can’t accommodate special time requests, but we can place products in a cooler if needed.
For apartment deliveries, we’ll leave the package in the lobby and call to confirm. Note: We aren’t responsible for thawing or theft after delivery.
Are there any additives or preservatives?
No, our products are 100% natural with no artificial preservatives, fillers, or additives. You’re feeding your dog fresh, whole ingredients.
What’s the difference between Prime Ground Mixes and Ultimate Dinner Delights?
Prime Ground Mixes focus on meat, bones, and organs, while Ultimate Dinner Delights include vegetables and fish oil for a more complete meal.
